Definitely as we age there are natural aging processes that result in a gradual loss of muscle mass, and bone density which can lead to reduced or restricted movement, postures, and pain. However, with proper progressive strength and conditioning we can “fight” this battle and maintain even improve on muscle mass, bone density, and resulting strength, power, and overall movement and quality of life. With adjustments we can also continue to enjoy the training we have always loved!
For older adults, age 55 and up.
